We make money by selling the app, not your data. Your personal information stays safe and is never shared with advertisers or third parties.
Your Account: When you sign up, we only collect your email address and display name to manage your account.
Your Subscription: If you subscribe to Pro, payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details — we only know whether your subscription is active.
We do not collect, read, or store your messages, passwords, browsing history, photos, or any personal content from other apps.
StopMe uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you open a monitored app. This is used only to show you the intervention screen — nothing else.
Your app usage data (which apps you use, your streaks, focus sessions) is stored only on your phone. It never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.
Only two things are stored in the cloud (using Google Firebase):
1. Your email and display name (for login)
2. Your subscription status (so it stays active across devices)
Everything else — your monitored apps, triggers, streaks, journal entries, focus sessions — stays on your phone.

You can uninstall the app at any time to remove all local data from your phone.
You can request account deletion by emailing us, and we will delete all your cloud data within 7 days.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store.
